Rates and Payment

• We will discuss fees during the first session. I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone conversation to answer any questions you might have and to learn a little about you and why you are exploring therapy at this time.

• Cash, Check, and All Major Credit Cards are accepted at the time of session

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-patient mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment or the full fee will be charged
